Cafe Casino - Gambling addiction
Ruling
Found for the Casino - This player's self-exclusion was placed 8 years ago (longer than any regulator currently requires self-exclusions to last) and was under entirely different details to the new account.

Player's Complaint
I have a severe gambling addiction for the past 10 years. I signed lifetime bans at all landbased casinos around me and most online ones as well. I saw an advertisement for cafe casino and signed up and lost all my money in a short time. It was not till the bank called me to let me know i had overdrawn my account that i snapped out of it and emailed the casino and asked them to close the account. I then looked and saw they were owned by bodog bravado. A casino i had let know about my addiction years ago. I contacted them and begged them to return the deposits as i should have not been allowed to sign up. They refused saying they closed my account when i emailed them. But i cannot control my disease and literally spent the kids achool lunch money. I should have never been allowed to play there. Now they are acting like they are two different companies and didnt know. Well i guarantee you if it was a charge back they would have not let me open an account. They were very indifferent and didnt seem to care about taking an addicts money. I am.not sure you can help or not but if you can i appreciate it greatly.

Hi Mws813p - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
While I personally sympathise with your predicament the reality is that it's highly unlikely that we can do anything to help you. Cafe Casino are unlicense. This means that there's no regulatory authority that they have to answer to or who sets rules regarding how they have to manage their Responsible Gambling policies. The information on their site does not suggest that any self-exclusion will be carried over to any other casino operator. So it's unlikely they view this situation as non-compliant with their policies.
We'll contact the operator but you need to understand from the outset that the chances of success are very slim.
Thanks,
