Player's Complaint
I requested a withdrawal from Cafe Casino after depositing approximately $6,000 with them in the last 3 weeks. After requesting my withdrawal, I got a message saying my account was disabled and my withdrawal was denied. When I asked why, they said there was a "security concern" from another online casino. They refused to name the nature of the security concern, or the other casino who had the concern. I am personally unaware of any security concerns. They told me I needed to resolve the security concern (which they would not identify) with the casino (which they would not identify) before my account would be activated. They took my deposits for 3 weeks without issue. I interacted with them multiple times over the 3 weeks before I requested my withdrawal, and not once did they raise a "security concern". That's because there is no "security concern".
