Player's Complaint
My withdrawal is still pending after 9 days. I already had a verified account and had made two previous withdrawals. When I call I get told that it is pending the last permission, which is security check and they won’t give me any other information. They also won’t tell me when my funds will be released. This has been very disheartening. Please help!!

I think you need to be a little more patient and allow the operator time to resolve this issue on their own before asking for a 3rd party complaint service to intervene. If you still haven't received your funds by Friday the 14th of June let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
