Found for the Casino - While we sympathise with the player's frustration at the payout in installments this is a matter of terms and conditions not one with fault on the operator's part.

Hi I have recently won a good sum of money without using any sort of bonus credits, the worst part is I won the money fair and square but can only withdraw $2500.00 a week and I have $16000.00 bonus remaining, I would like to do something positive with winnings but it’s making me feel cheated to have a good win and not be able to take more than $2500 a week I would like to say withdraw say 12-14 thousand and I would be happy to leave a couple grand in account surely something can be done ? Can you please help?

Hi HAYles97 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
I'm afraid this isn't really an issue that we could assist you with. The maximum weekly withdrawal limit is an internal company policy and if you are looking for Candy Shop Bingo to make an exception to this rule on your behalf you would have to ask them directly about this. This is a group that are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this service but even if this was not the case this would not be a complaint situation as the operator has not done anything outside of their rules.
All I can suggest is that in future you check with any operator you choose to play with regarding with their withdrawal limits are before you play.
Sorry we cannot be of more help.
