I just spent 3 days emailing my information to them for my money and today they locked me out saying I had 2 accounts which is news to me I have only ever deposited on one account they paid me twice before but now that it's a bigger amount they asked for all my information I sent over 3 times now they took all my winnings and locked me out saying I played a bonus on more then one account and I know I didn't because I have the app on my cell so this other account is made up now there trying to send me 7 dollers back my deposit before I won I have screen shots I have emails and bank statements of all my activity on there site this other account will not have one deposit from me on it it's made up and [EDIT] they said they emailed me free spins on a different account so they locked me out of my good account that has money on it the account I used for a year
