Player's Complaint

I just spent 3 days emailing my information to them for my money and today they locked me out saying I had 2 accounts which is news to me I have only ever deposited on one account they paid me twice before but now that it's a bigger amount they asked for all my information I sent over 3 times now they took all my winnings and locked me out saying I played a bonus on more then one account and I know I didn't because I have the app on my cell so this other account is made up now there trying to send me 7 dollers back my deposit before I won I have screen shots I have emails and bank statements of all my activity on there site this other account will not have one deposit from me on it it's made up and [EDIT] they said they emailed me free spins on a different account so they locked me out of my good account that has money on it the account I used for a year

Hi I looked into things about more and I know what happened they mailed me a Gold rewards card when you get it your told to go online and set it up for a 20 dollar bonus in doing so it gives you a new account number ! To verify this I got my neighbor to look at hers she also got a card in the mail sure enough when I told her to go back and look at old emails she to had 2 accounts so I told her never play on that casino because if she wins she will be told the same thing she had 2 accounts.this I'd a glitch in there card system and I won't be the only one complaing about 2 accounts I just happened to catch how it happened. I attached a copy of the card in question also when they gave me my old account number I looked no rewards card now it's on there they transferred it ? to me this is unfair gambling all would of been good if they never mailed me this stupid card

Hi I emailed 3 new screen shots I noticed I have more then one zodiac account .the only thing I can figure out I'd if you open emails from these casinos and get redirected I put all my same info in so why would they give people new account numbers ? I had no clue that I had more then one account on zodiac as well so I'll be deleting that off my cell !

Hi blackkoda,

Your screen shots of your accounts are still missing information. Sadly it is not just two Zodiac accounts (your screen shots only show one), but we've got two Captain Cooks accounts and I can see from the screen shots you also have two Yukon Gold accounts. Each of these casinos carries a larger percentage welcome bonus than the other casinos where you only have a single account.

Registering more than a single account is clearly prohibited in terms and conditions and while we were looking to see if this could be reasonably argued to be an accident, there is a clear pattern here.

All we can suggest is that you ensure in future that you do not sign-up more than once with any online gambling operator.

Yes I see that and what it is I play on my cell and laptop so when using 2 devices it gives you different accounts I put all my same information including email I don't know why I have 2 accounts on some of them when I haven't even played on them ? I use to play on captain Cooks casino no problem until I got that card in the mail that's when I ended up with double accounts even on casinos I don't play and how stupid if someone signs in how hard is it to say that email is already in use ? That's a poor system they use but I guess as long as they take money from people and don't have to payout when they know someone has more then one account i mean really I can go on any site online and I put my email in it says iv been there but the casino's can't? If I was out to do multiple accounts I would at least use a different email not to mention my name !

I'm afraid that's not the way that accounts work. You have two accounts because you have filled out a registration form twice.
