I did a widthdraw for 1800.00 US I got an email requesting ID and sent this got 3 emails stating they got the id and everything was ok and should be getting my winnings soon the next day I went to logon and my account was locked and I was told to contact risk management and I did they got back to me with some BS about I'm not welcomed at the casino because of charge backs. I have only paid the bonus stuff they have sent me and have no idea what they are talking about as they send me promos to my home address, call my cell phone with promos and send me email. I even had to provide proof to get my password reset on March 3rd before I won the money. They pull up my account no issues. The issue is I withdrew money. They seem to do this when somebody wins a lot of money on a no deposit promo. I met all requirements. I have many captured screens to prove I did nothing wrong they just don't want to pay out.
