Hi, I’ve been playing at CAPTAIN JACKS CASINO for about 2 months now and have deposited over $2000.00. The only reason I deposited so much was because I had to withdrawals coming, one for $2500.00 and the other for $1000. (please see chat below verifying one of my withdrawals)

Last Saturday, I go to log into my account and am totally blocked. I am not allowed to use my account anymore. Due to the fact that the casino NEVER answers the phone number they have listed nor do not reply to emails, I had to register a whole new account just so I could speak with them via chat.

I was told that I am no longer able to use this casino because of a dispute of charges that was put into affect by my bank. Now, I knew about this (I lost my card and called my bank, they thought these were fraudulent charges) because while on a chat asking when my withdrawals were going to be processed they told me there was a hold on my account and told me about the dispute. I IMMEDIATELY called my bank (because I had no idea about this) and told them the charges they were disputing where mine and needed to be released.

Since, I NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK FROM THE CASINO, I THOUGHT EVERY THING WAS FINE. Until trying to log in on Saturday.

Went on another chat to let them know that it’s not fair to just kick me off and KEEP ALL MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE ME THE 2 WITHDRAWALS I HAD CO MING. I REQUESTED BOTH OF THOSE WITHDRAWALS BEFORE ANY OF THIS HAPPENED. I was told that I’m not getting either one of the withdrawals I requested and that THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME EVERY DEPOSITED I EVER MADE BACK AND THAT I’M NO LONGER ALLOWED TO PLAY AT THIS CASINO.

That is TOTALLY FINE WITH ME, ALTHOUGH, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME ALL MY DEPOSITS BACK, I WAS GIVEN ONLY $406.25 WHEN I AM SUPPOSE TO GET OVER $2000.00 AND AT YOUR REQUEST CAN PROVIDE PRROF OF WHAT I AM SAYING.

I HATE TO MAKE MY PROBLEMS YOURS, IT’S JUST THAT, WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AND NOT RIGHT. I’VE SENT OVER 20 EMAILS, CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED A MILLION TIMES AND BEEN ON A CHAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND CAN’T GET ANYWHERE.

Unless you can get proof from you bank that you did not request a chargeback of your deposits I'm afraid there's nothing we could do to help you. No operator will pay out winnings after a player has tried to chargeback deposits.

No, what I was saying was that.....I had a RECORDED phone conversation with a customer service rep and they had already told me I wasn't getting my withdrawals, what they did tell me was THAT I WOULD BE GETTING ALL MY DEPOSITS BACK AND THAT THEY WOULD BE CREDITED BACK TO MY CARDS.

What I was saying was that I have made over $2000 in deposits and they ONLY GAVE ME $406.25

Captain Jacks casino has provide proof of the multiple chargebacks that have been issued on your account, the penalties that they have been subjected to due to these chargebacks and informed us these have been offset against the funds returned.
