Hi mdmcclanahan - welcome back.

Firstly, you've previously submitted complaints of exactly the same nature against this group of operators. That being the case you'll be well aware that this group are well known for taking several months to pay withdrawals. Your experience here isn't all that unusual.

While I will try to contact the operator on your behalf, they are negatively listed with this service and inconsistent in their response to complaints. The chances of a successful mediation are low.

In your previous complaint against this group you were also non-responsive to our requests for updates when the operator informed us you were paid. Please ensure you keep us abridged of changes in your complaint in future.

Your help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. I will keep you informed of any changes. I have received (7) previous payments from Captain averaging 2-5 weeks following approval. This $2500 request was approved 8 weeks ago. Thank you very much.

Update April 26, 2019: I contacted payments[@]casinosupportcenter.com and was told that paper checks could not be issued by Captain Jack (I had received (7) paper checks from Captain last year). I was instructed to provide wire info from another bank because they couldn't wire to TD Bank. It all sounded like a run-around to me. I opened an account with Bank of America and provided all the wire info they requested. Bottom line: I had to re-request the withdrawal for $2410 that was approved February 18th. Looks like another month of waiting for payment.

Update May 7, 2019:
I'm still waiting for payments of $2410 that was approved February 18th, and $1975 that was initially requested February 13th, then re-requested April 6th. I have had numerous chats and emails with Customer Support and continue to get the run-around.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator regarding this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture I have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Thanks for your help. Customers should be alerted that Captain Jack does not honor withdrawal requests per their Terms and Conditions.
