I won in November on a sweet16 machine and put in for a withdrawal from their it has been 2 months and they say they don't have paperwork which i have sent at least 30 times they take my withdrawal and put it back and i have to reuser it.[EDIT] has too all my information for the wire and they say they don't have it and I'm not paid again and they have what they need i have proof they have it.
