Have not received my money despite the customer service agents saying it was processed on the 03/02 it is now the 19/02.
I have submitted complaints that have gone nowhere. No update with what is going on with my account. Customer services have no idea what is going on with my account.
Thank you, I'm just amazed there has been no update, I try contacting them and no reply. Customer services don't seem to know what's going on. All I get is there is an investigation going on. But noting after.
They have closes my account, which I am good with as this has to be the worst experience with online gaming I've ever had. I would never want anyone to go through what this platform are doing

I took it into my own hands, they are the worst casino you can ever go with. Expect problems. But yes I has been paid after 3 months, your reply pogg is a month to late

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. We can only act on the information we are provided when we are provided it. Letting us know is not always top priority for either operators or players when an issue is resolved, as is demonstrated by the fact that you did not let us know and left us pursuing an issue on your behalf that was already resolved for an extra month ;)
