Player's Complaint

I deposited 25 € and received 25 € bonus. I made € 529 with a bet and and wanted to cash out. I could only cash out 472 € they said, probably because of the bonus wagering requirements. So I paid out € 390,00, and all of the sudden my bankroll was € 86?? Which should have been € 139? But okay I thought, still a lot of money... So I didn't bother. After I lost the 86 € in a bet I cancelled the € 390,00 withdrawal. I received another bonus of € 5 so my bankroll was € 395. I made bet of € 45,00 ( which I lost) and I had 350€ bankroll left. So I wanted to request a 350 € payout, but I could only cash out € 196 they said. Fine, I requested a € 196 withdrawal. I thought, the rest of the money I still need to play with because of the bonus. But all of the sudden, after this request, my bankroll was 0,88 € cents? Again money just vanished from my account: € 154,00. So a total of € 207,00 euros just completely vanished from my account, without some sort of warning before I withdrew my money. I am very upset about this. I'm sure Rembrandt Casino has some kind of policy about this written in T&C that covers a scam like this. But this is about a lot of money, and if I knew that I was going to lose € 207,00 by withdrawing some money, ofcourse I wouldn't have done it...

I hope Rembrandt Casino will just refund me because this just isn't fair. I feel like I have been scammed and I just want my money back... If need be I will keep on playing with it until bonus wager requirements are fulfilled. But what I don't understand: why first accept a € 472,00 withdraw on a € 529,00 bankroll, and then only accept a € 196,88 withdrawal on a € 395,00 bankroll?

Please just get me my money back, I am feeling terrible about this. € 207,00 is a lot of money which I won fair and I need it very much.

Thanks!

Hi sg1991 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Before we go any further, which casino are you complaining about? Your complaint states Rembrandt but you've selected Caribic from the drop down menu.

Thanks,
