I made withdraw on 5th sept. All verified on 6th. Received an email to say withdrawal was approved on 14th and was told i would receive in maximum 3 days. They are now saying it's not even paid out yet that I need to wait longer

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Cash Spins do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 25th of September let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
