Resolved - Cashiopeia Casino have informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

Initial withdraw was approved and processed October 7, 2 weeks later it was declined cause banking info wrong we don't have Iban provided was wrong we don't use that in Canada, so we were asked to provide full Bank info we did that over the chat replying to the emails, they finally responded that they got the info but the withdrawal is still pending since October 20 everyday I ask it's a different reasons oh it's this it's that we are having issues with general withdrawal please help me
