Dear pogg 

A while ago i requested self exclusion from thrillz casino after letting them know that i have a gambling problem. Recently i have been playing at cashmio casino without realising that they are a sister company of thrillz. I'm self excluded from their other sister sites but they still let me deposit. Ive got in touch with them and am waiting for a response.

All i'm asking is that they refund my deposits since self exclusion. As even if i won i would not have been able to withdraw.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you with this issue. While Cashmio and Thrills are owned by the same parent company, they are operated on separate licenses. This means that there's no license based requirement for the operators to share exclusion information.

The operator may choose to refund you anyway, but if they do this would fall under the heading of goodwill gesture rather than license requirement.

I'm also self excluded on jo reels which fall under the same licencing as cashmio would this make any difference.

That may make a difference. Was the exclusion on JoReels prior to your play on Cashmio? Do you have a record of your request?

Yes it was previous to my play on cashmio. I do not have evidence of me doing it but i do have evidence of a live chat with there representives.
