Hi there,

I recently signed up to use Cashpoint.

I tried to deposit £100 via Skrill and it didn't appear in my Cashpoint account. So I tried again and still no money was in Cashpoint.

The next day £200 was in my Cashpoint account. I tried to withdraw £100 but I was not allowed to. I e-mailed them to ask why and got no response. I then tried to bet the £200 but could not bet the money. I e-mailed them again asking why I couldn't withdraw or bet the money.

I have tried several times to ask for help from them but have received no response and would like my money withdrawn as I don't trust their website or customer service at all.

Hi galvatron20,

I've spoken to CashPoint about this issue. They've informed me that on the day of your deposit they were having some problems with Skrill that caused a delay in your deposit showing in your account.

This also explains the delay in responding to your request for help as they were experiencing high volumes of customer contacts.

They've told me that your withdrawal should be processed today and want me to pass their apologies for this frustrating experience.

Let me know when you receive your funds.
