I’m not sure if you can help me but I have played on Cashpot Casino, I have played on loads of gambling sites but this one seems to be the worst one I have ever played on, after playing and spending loads and getting no where I decided it was about time I blocked myself from all that I was playing. After looking around the site I could not fine anywhere to self exclude myself so I said to someone on the chat room I need to close my account, and they said I had to send an email, I sent an email on the 25/10/17 to [email protected] but no reply so a few days later I played again losing over £200 then I got really cheesed off because if I was able to close my account straight away I wouldn’t have been able to do this, I then went on chat again and after much arguing with the girl she finally closed my account, I have since sent another 5 emails and spoke in the chat room but still no reply from them, I am asking for the money back that I spent after trying to close my account with them, but no on is getting back to me. I have look online of ways to complain about this site because I don’t want this happening to others like me and found that they are under investigation for other reasons. Is there anything you could do for me please
