Casigo - stalling payments

Player's Complaint

My withdrawal of INR 180,000 in two parts of INR 90,000 is being stalled by Casigo. They have accepted my withdrawal request but constantly stalling payment. Please help me out. I can provide all documents.

I am a verified member at Casigo.

I requested a cashout of INR 180,000 (€2000) on march 24. They kept it in pending for 48 hours, then declined and removed Neteller from withdrawal option.

Then I requested my withdrawal from ezeewallet. They kept it in pending for 40 hours and declined and removed withdrawal method.

Then they told me to use bank transfer. They kept my withdrawal in pending again for 48 hours. Then again declined. The chat told me the bank transfer was carried out on 30 march and I will receive funds in 2 days. While I was talking to chat support I received an email from account department that the withdrawal will happen on Monday. Then on monday they told me that withdrawal has been processed and I will receive funds. On Wednesday they say withdrawal declined. Now they say they are having error and they will process next week on Tuesday.

I have requested withdrawal on 3 occasions and it was accepted on 30 march and money was deducted from my account on same day.
