Casilando - Freerolled me twice, confiscated profit of 3,5 k and returned all deposits

Found for the Casino - This player deposited via a bonus method that was ineligible to receive a welcome bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint
Made a direct banktransfer with Ideal via Skrill twice. Everything seemed fine until I wanted to cash out. Casilando accepted the deposit and gave me a bonus twice.
In the payment history in my account there is an adyen transfer visible. Casilando claims it's a skrill deposit and confiscated my profit of 3445 Euro and returned my deposits.
Seems to me this casino is freerolling customers and do anything possible to not pay out profit.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do the help you in this instance. The Casilando bonus terms are clear on this matter. Deposits via Skrill are not eligible to receive bonuses. If you have deposited to receive a bonus via the Skrill payment method then you have breached this term. Whether or not Skrill have only been an intermediary would be irrelevant. If the fund were transferred to the operator by Skrill that is a violation.
