I cashed in 35€ with EcoPayz on 2018-03-28 19:47:24 !
I played and completed the wager leaving me 275.24 € on my account (Congratulations, you have fulfilled your bonus requirements, the remainding bonus balance of 275.24 was added to your real balance. At 28.03.2018 21:59:29 )
I then tried to cash out with ecopayz ( remaining 230€ )
But since then i got no response from the casino at all . Live Chat seems to be down . And the email [email protected] seems to be unavailable as well .
I dont know what to do anymore . Could you help ?

Before I go any further I need to make you aware that Casillion are part of a group that hold Not Recommended status with this service specifically because they have failed to respond to complaints players have submitted. While I will try to contact the operator on your behalf you need to understand from the outset that the chances of success are low.
