I cashed in 35€ with EcoPayz on 2018-03-28 19:47:24 !

I played and completed the wager leaving me 275.24 € on my account (Congratulations, you have fulfilled your bonus requirements, the remainding bonus balance of 275.24 was added to your real balance. At 28.03.2018 21:59:29 )

I then tried to cash out with ecopayz ( remaining 230€ )

But since then i got no response from the casino at all . Live Chat seems to be down . And the email [email protected] seems to be unavailable as well .

I dont know what to do anymore . Could you help ?

Before I go any further I need to make you aware that Casillion are part of a group that hold Not Recommended status with this service specifically because they have failed to respond to complaints players have submitted. While I will try to contact the operator on your behalf you need to understand from the outset that the chances of success are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Casillion Casino about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever from the operator.

At this stage all we can recommend is that you contact Casillion's regulator. You can find their license seal at the bottom left hand side of their homepage and you should be able to contact their license provider by clicking on that.
