Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Casillion casino to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever.

I registered in this casino, made a deposit, I won 300 euros. I want to withdraw money. sent documents for verification, received no reply. online chat does not work. Do not respond to email. Other players say that they, too, no one answers. On other resources, administrators say they do not receive an answer from them

Firstly I need to make you aware that Casillion are part of a group that have been non-responsive to complaints posted with this service previously. I will try to contact the operator for you but you should be aware that the chances that we can do anything to help you are slim.

Hi ovaaal,

Unfortunately Casillion casino have failed to offer any response what-so-ever to our repeated efforts to communicate with them about this issue. At this stage I have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing in the near future.

Sadly that leaves us with no futher courses of action we could pursue.
