Player's Complaint

I made a deposit of 25 euros to claim the 50 free spin bonus without a bet requirement.

I won a total of 112 euros and my withdrawal was canceled. In the chat they do not give me an answer and the casino argues that they deposited me, but I sent them my skrill history even to prove that I did not receive. Even so, they don't answer me and don't answer emails or give a reasonable response in the chat

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-responsive to complaints submitted here. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are very low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Casillion about this issue we have received no response from the operator whatsoever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of the operator changing their position.
