Casimba - Money sent to expired card

Resolved - This player has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for an update so we assume that they've managed to resolve this issue without further intervention on our part.

Player's Complaint
I won 300 pounds and withdrew it, unfortunately the default withdrawal was an expired card. Because of this the funds were never received. I have spoken to my bank (TSB) and they tell me that because the money was sent to an expired card that the funds are inaccessible even though it's the same account. TSB asked me to speak to casimba about it and for casimba to request a return from their bank for the 300 so they can send it to the right card, but casimba and being completely unhelpful and keep telling me to contact the bank. I have email correspondents and chat logs of my discussions with casimba and a bank statement is on the way to prove the money never went in.
I don't know what else to do, it's a lot of money and I feel helpless.
