Player's Complaint
I have ask this casino to upload my banking info, one agent tells me to send it to support and once it gets to support they tell me they are not able to and to deposit with that payment method but it is a bank card and does not have my account number on it. I have withdrawn money from this casino a few years ago and they deposited it straight into my account however the account on file is no longer available. I have been asking since Monday June 8th and keep getting the run around from them it is extremely fustrating as different people keep telling me different things

Hi ypilote - welcome back!
With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 26th of June let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
