Casimba - NON PAYMENT

Ruling

Found for the Casino - This player has exceeded the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Read our Casimba Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

This is my formal complaint before I take this to the Gambling commission I was told that I breached section 6 of the bonus guidelines and that my $1,300.00 cash out would be cancelled .

I have screen shots of ALL my game play before and after the bonus I did NOT make a bet OVER $5.00 UNTIL my bonus was completed and I played through .

All Casimba did was send me an email stating my cash out was canceled due to section 6 with NO proof of where THEY say I made a $5.00 bet on bonus money !

I know that you can not open some games when you are playing with bonus money.

I am happy to provide you with ALL email and screen shots I have on this matter .

Seems as though Casimba has done this before claiming people have "broken" a section of tier T

Hi seeker - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As we are the ADR for the White Hat Gaming license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.

You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/

To summarise.

– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .

– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.

– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).

– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.

If you have any questions about the above, let me know.

I'll contact the operator and see what we can find out for you.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

I emailed the "support" team as I still have a balance of $90.00 CAD I got an automated response from the SAME person , I want to know IF I choose to play that $90.00 CAD will that affect my ongoing issue with my cash out ? OR can it be deducted from my existing cash out ? I have NOT revived a response for either issues ?

BUT what am I to do with the $90.00 CAD still left in my account ? if i play it then what ?

Once again I have OVER 208 screen shots and 60+ emails so if you require any information I am more then happy to give it to you , I know this process can take some time .

If you could get me an answer on the $90.00 CAD still in my account I would greatly appreciate it .

With Thanks

Hi seeker,

I've reviewed your play history with Casimba Casino. Unfortunately we cannot uphold your claim.

At 05:29:41 server time on 03/05/2020 you deposited $20 and received your first deposit bonus of $40. You also received free spins from which you won $4.80. The wagering requirement for this bonus was 35x(deposit+bonus) [60x35 = $2100] and 35xwinnings for the complimentary spins [4.80x35 = $168] giving a total wagering requirement of $2268.

At 09:23:50 after having wagered a total of $1291.80 you raised your bet to $8.95 on Break da Bank Respin, exceeding the maximum allowed bet while playing with a bonus. As such the bonus contract is at that point void and the operator are within their rights to reset both parties to pre-contract positions.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
