Player's Complaint
#1 I made a deposit through e transfer. I have a screenshot and confirmation from interac of the payment going through. I sent them the screenshot of the confirmation. I waited for 4 days. Than I live chat them. They told me they havent receive the money. And I should contact interac. So I contacted and they told me the money was automatically deposited onto their account. Which casinia denies. They have auto deposit set up for their e transfer. So its impossible for them not received the money. Vedy incompetent site. I have all the proof of my payment going through!!
#2 I was playing infinite Blackjack through evolution gaming. My bet 58 to win was 80. My hand was 17 I stood and dealee busted but they took my money away. I contacted evolution gaming they said they resolved the issue and I should contact the casino which I am playing from. So I contacted casinia they said they will look into it and contact. But no one ever did. I am really upset I feel like I got robbed
