Hi I deposited with this casino had a 400% bonus which I played through I was withdrawing 1300 checked with support and was told I had finished my play through so it was fine to withdraw I sent my security documents I received an email yesterday say my withdraw was declined and my winnings cancelled due to irregular play I queried this with support they stated I can only bet 20% less of 20% of my deposit as shown in there terms and conditions I don't even know what that means I sent a letter of complaint when they replied got the same deed back they are not paying out I tried to email the gaming licence curacao but the email won't go through if they want to quote terms and conditions it shouldn't be a load of jargon it should be clear and concise feel very let down seem to be going around in circles if you cannot help me I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction many thanks

Firstly I need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any operator that does not hold a UKGC license. Cashpot Casino do not have a UKGC license and are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Casino Bordeaux's welcome bonus terms and conditions contain the following:
While there is a conditional in there based on perceived intent, the statement at the end clearly stipulates that betting more than 20% of your real balance is prohibited. If you chose to do so you've left the operator free to derive their own interpretation of intent.
So the question here is, have you bet more than 20% of your deposit? If you have there's nothing we can do to help you.
