Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

Withdrawal of 27 July never received . A lot of excuses made that I should verificate again and send bank statement. Did both and still not received anything. They keep telling that bank statement is not full detailed. But it is the official one. My bank also said that they made a request on that date to take money of my creditcard . that makes the issue more weirder. They told they send the money but never did Id and after multiply emails and Ultimatums they even did not want to send me proof that they have send it
