Hi!
I was banned from this casino (even though I asked in livechat only one week before If I could play there and they said yes).
I invested alot of money towards vip level status and suddenly I was kicked out during gameplay. Was urged to send in documents and I sent selfie, bankreports, id and everything.
Then I was banned.
At first they stated I was banned due to self exclusion on Rizk few years earlier.
Then they changed it to that I self excluded on Calzone which Is a lie. I was kicked out during gameplay.
Then after that they changed the decision a third time. Now it was a decision from MTSecureTrade that I am banned all over their network.
The fourth time they say it is a business decision from MTSecureTrade.
I was never allowed to play on Calzone and they refuse to give me the reason why I am banned.
I have never broke any rules in 10 years of gambling. They refuse to tell me why I am banned because then Calzone would have to pay back my losses of about 21000 euros which Is my losses in only a few days!
I was never allowed to play money and even asked before I registrered if I could play. I have proof of them saying yes so I started investing my money.
Then suddenly when I am down alot I get banned for no reason and they wont tell me why.

Yes. I lost money but I invested all of it to get vip status and in the long run better things. Now I cant take any use of it.

And why no information? They dont tell me anything. They only say its a decision from MTSecureTrade.
If I was not allowed to play on Calzone because of previous gambling problems. All my deposits should be refunded.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance.
Casino Calzone/MT Secure Trade are a private business and are within their rights to decline any customer for any reason that is non-discriminatory.
If they feel that your previous issues make you high risk of experiencing issues in the future or that they feel you're a high risk customer for any other reason there is no grounds for us to argue with them to re-open your account.
You should also be aware that unless you have explicitly requested that the operator extend a self exclusion to all properties on the license, a self exclusion under the MGA license only applies at the property you request it at.
