Player's Complaint
I’ve been playing at casino calzone now for a few months with no problem.
I signed up, sent in my documents which did take a few attempts to send the documents in in the right format.
After 24 hours my documents ID- adress and proof of payment we’re all verified and I was ready to play.
During the few months I made various deposits won and lost .
Checking my account I noticed there was a typo in my name , I contacted chat immediately and told them
And they changed it no problem what so ever and continued playing.
It wasn’t until I was reading the terms and conditions on their site I realised they are signed up to Gamstop as am I, I hve been now for 2 years roughly .
I sent them my Gamstop details , address, name and date of birth and postcode all exactly the same.
When they commented back they said it was Because they said I had to try change my name to by pass the system which is absolutely crazy.
I let them know straight away about the typo Via chat when I noticed it and they changed it absolutely fine with no complaint .
It seems like they’ve let me sign up despite Gamstop details matching.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this situation. Gamstop checks are conducted at point of registrationby an automated system. Gamstop terms of use include the following:
If your details have differed from those that you registered with Gamstop the Gamstop system may not work.
You could try contacting the UKGC to review the issue, but my suspicion is that their response will be the same.
