I made a withdrawal on the 22nd of April and it was approved same day. I was forced to withdraw a via swift bank transfer even though I have a registered bank card on my account. I still haven't recieved my withdrawal as it now past the 5 working day mark I have sent them my bank statement to prove I have not recieved payment. I feel they should be sending my withdrawal again and as soon as possible as it is there mistake. I just keep being told there investigating when on reality all they have to do is check my statement and realise they have not sent there money. I feel they are going about this extremely unprofessionally and never answering the questions I ask i.e why I had to withdraw via bank transfer and not to my bank card.
