I have previously requested self exclusion from playamo betamo spinia betchan and understood that I was excluded from all affiliates

Unfortunately I was enabled to open an account with casino chan an affiliate that I should have been self excluded from and rapidly deposit a lot with large losses

I seek refund as I should not have been able to open this account

I outlined that I was a compulsive gambler not in control of deposits to support staff at spinia playamo betamo and betchan with an obvious gambling addiction issue

My issue is that I’m able to open and lodge and lose at casino chan an affiliate of the above casinos with the same direx bank deposits

Maybe you can’t help here but I contend this approach allowing self excluded addicts to open account at affiliate sites makes a mockery of responsible gambling precautions

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Spinia, Playamo, Betamo and Betchan are all run on the N1 Interactive MGA license. The MGA license would require - where the player explicitly requests that this happen - that self-exclusions carry over to all properties on the LICENSE. Casino Chan are not on the N1 Interactive license. They run on the Direx NV Curacao license. Self-exclusions at the MGA properties would not carry over to Curacao operators. While Casino Chan are owned by the same group that owns the MGA properties you mention, the owners are not the party that manages the self-exclusion applications and there are scores of other operators on the Direx NV license that your self-exclusion at N1 Interactive properties will not influence either.
