I'll contact Casino Cruise and see what I can find out, though I will say in advance that the casino are clearly investigating something. This means that your accounts been flagged up as a security risk for some reason. That doesn't mean that you've done anything wrong, but it also doesn't mean that a final decision's been made yet, so you may have been a little premature in your response to the casino live support operator.
