Hi, i currently have a complaint open against SpinIt casino regarding delayed withdrawals. I didn't realise they are part of the same group as Casino Cruise.
I also have a withdrawal with the status awaiting approval pending from Casino Cruise for £1665 which i made on the 22.11.17.
I didn't think much of it until i found out both casinos are part of the genesis global group. Again with this casino i had a good win from a deposit bonus, i didn't break any of the max bet or restricted games terms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
