Over a week or 2 I deposited over 700 pounds, I won 1200 euros which I withdrew, later that week I was phoned to be told only 600 euros would be paid as I had a 10euro bet on blackjack and had apparently broken a term and condition, Iv got a lot of casino accounts and have never come across anything like this

Firstly as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Casino Disco do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Secondly, the group you have chosen to play with are both negatively listed here and inconsistent in their approach to managing complaints submitted to this service. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf at the appropriate junctures, the chances of a successful mediation are low.
