I made 4 deposits on 7-10-2019 with the total amount of €60
I won some money and requested a withdrawal of €100. This is their minimum withdrawable amount.
I sent in all my documents and they were approved last week.
Yesterday I received an email that my withdrawal of €15 has been approved. This is bullshit because I made a €100 withdrawal and not €15
I did not use any bonus offers so wagering is not the issue. My account has been blocked now and the live chat is not helping me. They only say send email to support. Support is not helping me at all so what to do now? I want my money
