Player's Complaint
I Realized that i registered with a typo in my name (thanks to chrome autofill). Every other detail was correct.
cotancted them after realizing after my deposit that there is an error. Was told to send all documents including Face Verification so they can solve it. I did everything they wanted.
In the meantime, i played a bit and won 900€. now, 24 hours later, i get an e-mail telling that the name is wrong and i won´t get a single cent and my account gets banned.
