the casino is not what I mention the problem is not the mrjames, its casinofantastik.com (sorry for this irregularity but there was no casinofantastik.com on the list,these two casinos are located in the group space, my account validation email came as mrjames ), I made some money at casinofantastik.com I asked to withdraw long before days, but no progress has been made, my account is validated, I won the money without receiving a bonus, every day you tell me in the conversation to be patient until an email arrives, in the discussion in the last days they tell me not to ask them constantly and they close my conversation, the maximum waiting time has elapsed for the withdrawal request to be processed, is there a way to help me?
