Player's Complaint

I requested a withdrawal on 21 September after completing my wagering. The Casino suggested to me to send all my documents: I don't know why, because I sent all them already, for another withdrawall, but ok. Well, I sent immediately FOR THE SECOND TIME my documents and on 22 of September and I received this email:

Subject: Security Documents Accepted

The email was without text but the subject is clear: Security Documents Accepted.

So, I had to wait for 15-18 business days to receive the money, as for casino terms and conditions. This casino is very slow to pay the winnings, but, ok, I waited. But after a month from the acceptance of my documents, the casino did not pay nothing and they don't tell me exactly when I'll receive the money. When I asked information, the finance department always is closed... I hope this complaint can solve the situation, because I am not satisfied with the answers of the agents on chat.

I'll try and get hold of someone at Casino Fiz and see if I can find out what's going on for you.

I will say that this is your third complaint here and in every one of your complaints the casino you've chosen to play with is listed on our 'Not Recommended' list. I put this list together specifically to help players avoid the types of experiences you're having over and over again and would strongly encourage you to review it before making any future choices about casinos to play with.

I understand your suggestion but in this case I read that this casino changed your management and I saw on the web that after this fact its behavior was more serious. Maybe, my information were not truth...

Anyway, thanks for your help: I hope to solve this problem.
