Player's Complaint

Here are the facts: On Sept 12th, I made a deposit of 300€ at Casino Fiz and on the next day I won 1000€. Cashbacks are only made by bank transfer so I did all I had to do to receive my profits and I was told to wait 18 working days to receive my money. I waited until Oct 6th, still nothing. So I connected to Casino Fiz. What a surprise to see my profits back in the games without my approval. I asked why and I have been told that we need to be active and keep on making deposits to receive the cash. I insisted on the fact that I had no obligation to do deposits to receive my cash. They insisted so much that I played my 1000€ again. I got lucky and my profits raised to 5000 and 7000 to finish at 15000€. I explained to the chat that I wanted to withdraw progressively my 15000€. I was told that I must deposit 300€ first to touch a first part of 500€, what means that I have to deposit 300€ to receive 500€ each time. It looks like a scam to me because no casino ever did this to me.
