Casino Fiz won't pay me over $20,000 I won
Ruling
Found for the Casino - While this is an unusual version of a maximum win term, given that a bonus was involved this is just a maximum win term which is fairly common throughout the industry.

Casino FIZ
This is the offer I received several times via e-mail from Casino Fiz. I registered, made a $35 deposit and was lucky enough to win over $22,000. Chat person said I had to play thro 35X which I later realized I did not have to do. I did that and wanted to cashout . Chat person said I was good & that a manager would contact me the next day. Here's the e-mail I received:
Hey [EDIT],
Welcome to Casino Fiz!
Nice to have you with us from Lakeland.
My name is [EDIT] and I wanted to personally welcome you to our club.
Feel free to email me with anything you might need.
I see you managed to win a nice jackpot of money. Good for you!
Unfortunately, you will only be allowed to withdraw $350 since your balance was derived from a $35 deposit.
The maximum cashout amount on a deposit of $35 USD is $350 USD according to our 10X rule.
Any deposit smaller than $250 is subject to the 10X rule on withdrawals.
This is clearly mentioned in our terms and condition found on our web site.
The remaining balance is null and void and cleared from the account once the withdrawal has been sent and the play session has ended.
In addition, match bonuses are also non-withdrawable and are deducted from a withdrawal. However, we will go ahead a waive that rule and not deduct the bonus you received on the deposit.
Go ahead and make your withdrawal request and be sure to send in a copy of your verification documents.
Speak with our Live Chat support for assistance in the matter.
Bets of luck and welcome once again!

Casino Fiz
I have been online gaming for almost 20 years with dozens of casinos and have never encountered this rule, except in a special bonus where the cash out amount is clearly stated. This offer clearly stated "No playthro or any wagering requirements. I want the money that I rightfully won.
I have a screen shot of the chat and showing over $20,000 of winnings and all correspondence with Casino Fiz. They are now offering me $1000 to settle this.

Hi RBreyne - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help in this instance. While the bonus is advertised as "NO Playthru", it doesn't specify any other deviations from the standard terms and conditions. Within the withdrawal section of the casino terms and conditions we found this:
While I don't like the above term and we would never recommend playing with any operator that carries such a term, it is clear and you agreed to it at the point you signed up.
The reality here is that if the operator's offering you $1000 right now they're offering you $650 more than they technically have to. My advice to you would be to accept that offer.
Sorry we can't be of more help,
ThePOGG
