Player's Complaint

I am beyond unhappy with Casino Gods. On 12th September 2022 I won a large amount of money playing on The Dog House Slots. I withdrew £20,000 over 2 transactions of £10,000 each. However I am still waiting with exactly the same response each time:

"Hello, My name is [EDIT]. I'm very sorry to hear that and I understand how you feel. Let me have a look into it for you, please hold a moment. [EDIT] I can see that your withdrawal is still under review, and we have no updates yet, I apologize for the long wait. Rest assured that as soon as everything is ready we will inform you via email"

Im also being told that they are awaiting a response from the gaming operater. I just dont know what to do any more. Its making me feel ill. I just want my money that I won fair and square paying out.

I sent all my documents and was fully verified on saturday 15th September. So i just dont understand the delay.

Please The Pogg, please help me! Thank you so much

Just an update, yesterday I checked my bank and Casino Gods have released 1 of my 2 withdrawals. I have recieved £10,000 of my £20,000 withdrawal. The remaining £10,000 withdrawal still shows as Pending. I have had no emails or anything and wouldnt of known if i hadnt of checked! Thank you
