Resolved - Both the submitting complainant and Slots Plus Casino have informed us that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

Player's Complaint
I recently submitted an almost identical complaint with another casino. I did their deposit match a few weeks ago and came away with around £500 or so pounds and I withdrew it. Casino Gods then emailed me saying my account had been temporarily limited as per a standard routine check and they would update me but they have not said anything and not provided any update.
