Player's Complaint
I requested a withdrawal of £1206 on 27 June and a subsequent withdrawal of £220 on 29th June. On 27th i was asked for verification documents whixh i uploaded the same day. Despute emailing the casino three times i have only received an automated response, and both my withdrawals are still showing as pending. Please can you help? Thanks

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 17th of July let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
