I have used the casino many times and withdrew a few times also. I withdrew £80. 59 5 days ago its still showing pending. I have emailed 3 times and no response, you can't ring as it says nobody available and I go onto live chat and it's a bot that only allows you to fill out a form. I can't upload document identification as it says they have all the information they need at this time. Really don't know how I can reach them, awful customer service from them.
