Player's Complaint

I have 2 pending withdrawals for over a month now. one for about £1000 odd and one for £300 odd. After my withdrawal they suspended my account. I still have not received my payout. I have been on chat constantly trying to get my withdrawals. I explained that i need my withdrawal to live off and they self excluded my account without my consent. I really really just want my payouts as i put a lot of money in to get them. between all of there casinos i am thousands of pounds down and this is just a small amount back in comparison. I will keep fighting for it though. Can you please help?

Thankyou so much, they have paid me now but wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for you. My accounts are still self excluded against my accord though can you do anything about that?

Hi jamhard86,

We would never seek to reverse a responsible gambling based exclusion. If you have told the operator that you were playing with money you needed to live, the operator would be in breach of their license to reopen your account.
