I know you don’t recommend this site but didn’t know that until too late. I deposited $20 and have won quite a bit - no bonus. Since it’s my first win I have to submit documents for payout. I’m worried about disclosing my information to this site now. Will I ever see these funds? Also what is your recommended method of payout? Bank wire or check. Finally, when I spoke to them they said payouts only on Mondays and Tuesdays with a 48 hour waiting period. Do you think I should pursue the payout given their reputation or just let the $20 go. Thank you.

This group are Not Recommended with us due to historic affiliate issues, some outstanding player complaints (at other services) and most notably, because they threatened this service with legal action to try to discourage us from publishing something they knew to be true. Hardly what we'd consider reputable practice.

However, I'm not aware of any substantiated issues where players have had their KYC documents mis-used.

Given the large balance on the line, if I were you I likely would comply and try to withdraw. Assuming there is nothing else involved in this issue I cannot see why you wouldn't be paid.

Hello,

I did not receive my winnings. The casino said I disputed a deposit with one of their other casinos over a year ago. I did not. So no winnings received.

Anything you can do to help us very much appreciated.
