Hello,
i have deposited 30 € via Paysafecard on 22/10/2021.
Since then the amount seems to be pending. So far I have not received any reply by the casino what so ever. Expect for their Chatbots. Not a singel answer to what has happened nor how long it could take to resolve this. Just everytime I have asked , i got a predefined answer that they need more time.
On Paysafecard's endm everthing has been processed correctly. I am extremely angry about not recieving any answers from the casino.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 12th of November let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
