Player's Complaint


i have deposited 30 € via Paysafecard on 22/10/2021.

Since then the amount seems to be pending. So far I have not received any reply by the casino what so ever. Expect for their Chatbots. Not a singel answer to what has happened nor how long it could take to resolve this. Just everytime I have asked , i got a predefined answer that they need more time. On Paysafecard's endm everthing has been processed correctly. I am extremely angry about not recieving any answers from the casino.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 12th of November let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Well, as expected the issue is still not resolved.

The deposit is still pending.

I have still not received an answer from the casino.

I also can't wrap my head around the idea that 3 weeks is a reasonable amount of time to resolve such an issue.

They don't even reply :D

I thought the MGA liscense would mean something.

To me at the moment that feels like straight up theft.

After reading torugh a couple of other complaints on this site, most of my hope is gone that you will help with this at all.

The good thing about all this is , that after experiencing how crooked and fishy the whole industry, including 3rd party sites like yours are, I basically stopped gambling :D

Not one of these sites will ever receive a single Euro from me . Lessons learned.

Still I will not just give up and file a police case against those crooks.

It's about 30 Euro, so literally nothing... still i will follow through with this.

Stay away from all of this shit.
