Player's Complaint

I have been waiting 8 days for casino lab to verify my proof of address. I have sent documents which meet their requirements 3 times. They just keep telling me to wait. I have emailed their complaints department too but same response telling me to wait. They will not process my funds in the amount of £710.00. I need some help resolving this.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 25th of June let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
