Player's Complaint
I closed my account and requested my withdrawal of 350 pounds less charge for withdrawal. That was on the 27th October 2021. They asked for verification documents again which were verified. They then said there was a problem with payment company?? Total lies. I am still waiting and I have kept all emails They have sent although very few responses. I am sending a contact form daily but they don't answer. I don't know what to do to get my money returned. They are despicable to treat customers this wY
