Casino Midas - Slow to Answer, Doesn't Pay

Unresolved - Although initially responsive, confirming that in their opinion this is a multi-accounting issue and referencing various supporting factor, Casino Midas are no longer responding to emails presumably due to us being unable to offering their casinos positive placement due to various factor including substantial questions about their ownership. As such they have failed to provide any evidence to support the claims they have made regarding this player.
With two parties making different claims and no supporting evidence to justify a ruling in favour of either, the only option available is mark this complaint as 'Unresolved'.

Player's Complaint
Hello, this one has a good trustworthiness on your website but when I played I had many problems.
Right now I was able to win and finish all the wagering which was very long but I couldn't ask a payout because the casino said I have to verify my account.
They asked for picture ID and my proof of address to verify. I sent that and the they said they wanted a selfie picture of me with my passport. I sent them that too and they said they would update my account so that it was verified and I could ask the payout. Then they didn't update anything. I had to email many times and they said they wanted notarized proof of address. I went to the notary and did that too. Still, they don't verify my account so I can withdraw. I emailed again asking the problem and no response for 3 days even though they say they will get back in 1 business day. Actually, they are always very slow to answer.

Hi madera333 - welcome to ThePOGG.com! Firstly I have to offer my apologies. Casino Midas should not hold a good Trustworthiness rating here. As I detailed in this post - hxxp://www.gpwa.org/forum/antihacker-219474/p3.html#post769773 - at GPWA, their association with the Mansion group should have lead to their status being moved to 'Not Recommended'. The changes were made the day after that post, unfortunately due to a technical glitch that I'm still investigating the changes were held in 'Pending' status rather than published. Given that I've only had one player sign-up to this group and that was in August this change of status would not have affected what they saw at the time they signed up. Before I can do anything to assist you I need you to provide the username and email address you use at Casino Midas. Once I have them I'll contact the casino. Thanks, ThePOGG
